GARRY Newlove's eldest daughter Zoe has pleaded with residents to create more of a community.
She told the BBC's Panorama programme she believes that had there been a stronger sense of community in Station Road North her dad would still be alive.
Zoe, aged 18, told how she could see people watching the attack from their homes.
"If people came out to help my dad on that night he would still be here," she told the Warrington Guardian on a break from filming the show.
