THREE men have appeared in court accused of a string of firearms and drug offences after a police chase.
Richard Antrobus, 33, of Padgate Lane, Padgate, Christopher Waring, 25, of Denver Drive, Great Sankey, and Olukiemi Oyinloye, 29 of Strawberry Close, Birchwood, have all be charged with multiple offences following their arrest on August 25.
The three suspects appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court on Monday.
But due to the severity of the charges, all three men have been remanded into custody to appear before Liverpool Crown Court on September 24.
Antrobus was charged with robbery, having an imitation firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence, using threatening behaviour, possession with intent to supply a controlled class B drug, namely cannabis.
Waring was charged with possession with intent to supply class B drugs, namely cannabis, assaulting a constable, dangerous driving, failing to stop, and having an imitation firearm with intent.
Oyinloye was charged with having an imitation firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence and possession with intent to supply a controlled of class B drug, namely cannabis.
