Delays after lane closed on M56
LANE closures were in place on the M56 this morning due to a broken down lorry.
One lane of the eastbound carriageway was shut between junction 11 at Preston Brook and junction 10 at Stretton shortly after 7.30am.
The lane was reopened at around 8.15am, but further closures may be needed when the lorry is recovered from the scene.
Congestion has been reported back to junction 12 of the motorway.
