YOUNGSTERS enjoyed an afternoon at Birchwood Forest Park learning how to make powerful rockets from plastic bottles.
The rangers at the park demonstrated how easy it is to recycle plastic bottles we normally throw away into something fun.
The free afternoon on Tuesday allowed children to build their own rockets and apply water pressure to shoot them into the sky.
