Suspects appear in court
THREE men have appeared in court accused of being involved in a cannabis drugs rings.
Dominic Jones, 24, of Reaper Close, Great Sankey, Jason Pearson, 26, of Poole Crescent, Orford, and Steven Shaw, 35, of Folly Farm Close, Bewsey, have been charged with conspiracy to supply cannabis.
The three suspects were arrested after officers swooped on properties on Poole Crescent, Poole Avenue and Reaper Close at 6am on Wednesday.
One witness reported how a man on Poole Crescent was allegedly seen trying to evade arrest by fleeing from the property through a window in his underwear.
All three appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court this morning.
The case will next be heard at Liverpool Crown Court on August 16.
