AN off-licence in Padgate could be turned into a café.
Developer Brenrun Limited is seeking planning permission in order to open a café in the former Bargain Booze store on Bruche Heath Gardens.
Proposals to convert the 81m sq premises into a takeaway were refused by Warrington Borough Council last year.
A consultation on the plans runs until Friday, August 10.
