PUPILS at Culcheth Community Primary have plenty of reasons to celebrate after the school was recognised for its commitment to sports.
The school on Warrington Road was presented with the Outstanding Sports Project Award at the Community Education Awards 2018 after competing for the title against 697 other schools.
This year there were just more than 7,500 entries across all categories of the awards which recognises the very best in education.
