A MAN has been fined for using a blue badge that did not belong to him in order to park on double yellow lines.
Ronald Froggett, of Manhattan Gardens in Chapelford, was ordered to pay £120 in fines, costs and victim surcharges at Warrington Magistrates Court yesterday, Wednesday.
Having admitted misusing a blue disabled badge via the post, the pensioner was handed the fine on what was his 74th birthday.
Froggett used the badge to park on double yellow lines while its holder was not present on Tuesday, February 6.
