STAFF at Warrington Wolves got to take on the coaches on the field on Friday.
The club organised a special game of tag rugby on the pitch at The Halliwell Jones Stadium as part of the latest employee engagement programme.
Club chief executive Karl Fitzpatrick said: “Events like this are great for staff morale and we want to give people the chance to play on the hallowed turf.
“Even I dug my boots out for the game, I was a little bit nervous and had to do a thorough warm up!
“And staff got the chance to play against previous Challenge Cup winners such as Lee Briers and Richie Mathers.”
