Police at the scene on Rixton Avenue
POLICE have confirmed that a woman will face no further action after a 49-year-old man was found dead at a house in Bewsey.
Officers were called to the property on Rixton Avenue shortly before 2am on June 3 after receiving reports of a sudden death.
The body of a 49-year-old man was found at the scene and, at that time, his death was treated as unexplained.
Officers arrested a 48-year-old woman in connection with the incident, but she was released under investigation later the same day.
It has since been confirmed that no further action will be taken against the woman as the man's death is not believed to be suspicious.
A file will now be prepared for the coroner.
