CULCHETH and Glazebury Parish Council has elected its new chairman for the parish year.
Cllr Margaret Webber was selected at the annual meeting on May 8, with Cllr Ben Alldred elected as deputy chairman.
The chairman presented the outgoing chairman, Cllr Peter Holmes, with a medallion in recognition of his service to the parish council in 2017/2018.
The parish year started in May, with the next meeting planned for Tuesday July 10 at Culcheth Centre, on Jackson Avenue.
Members of the public are welcome to attend.
