POLICE are trying to trace a man and woman they want to speak to in connection with an attack in the town centre.
At around 1.40am on Sunday, April 22, a 40-year-old woman was assaulted on Moulders Lane where she suffered minor injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing and Cheshire Police believe the man and woman in the CCTV images may have vital information that could help their investigation.

PC Callum Cuerden said: "If you recognise the man or the woman in the CCTV images and believe that you may know who they are please call Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 43162, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
"I would also like to appeal directly to the man and the woman in the CCTV images to come forward."
