Cheshire fire brigade
FIRE crews were called to reports of two sofas on fire in an alleyway last night, Monday.
One engine attended the scene at 7.30pm on Winwick Road.
On arrival, the crew found the sofas to be well alight and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
Firefighters were in attendance for around 10 minutes.
