A MAN has been spared jail after a cannabis farm was discovered at his house in Lymm.
Police seized 50 cannabis plants when they raided Ashley Horne’s home on Grove Avenue at around 6.30am on Friday, March 2.
But the 29-year-old was spared jail at Liverpool Crown Court earlier this month after being convicted of producing class B drugs.
He received a six-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months on Friday, May 4.
