A TEAM of expert wedding suppliers have come together to launch The North West Wedding Collective at The Hayloft, a new wedding venue in Great Sankey.

The Hayloft, which opened in August, is a family run coffee shop located on a working farm.

Since becoming fully licensed, the venue is now available to hire in the evening and offers a full wedding package.

The founding members of the Wedding Collective include Rachel Peers, who owns La Beau Fleurs on Manchester Road, Katy Wallace, who owns Bisous Bridal Boutique in Padgate and Rachel Clarke, from Rachel Clarke Photography based in Liverpool.

Joining Rachel, Rachel and Katy on April 24 for the launch was Cathryn Kerwin-Rawlinson, an award-winning make-up artist, Ann Hutchinson, from the Hair Script in Culcheth and Kitty Orme, from Birdie Camper Van Photo Booth, who supplied a quirky pink camper van, ice cream making facilities as well as an array of wedding props.

Emily Owen, owner of The Hayloft, hosted a photoshoot on the day of the launch with a focus on current wedding trends from the dreamy romantic to rustic boho, intended to provide inspiration to bride and grooms from across town.

All the businesses operate independently but recognise the benefits that a cohesive approach can offer to brides and grooms.

Rachel, from La Beau Fleurs florist, said: “I often found myself working with some fabulous suppliers and admiring other providers work on social media.

“The perfect wedding needs many suppliers to come together and work well together, we just decided to do the leg work beforehand.

"The shoot provides a glimpse of what brides can achieve when businesses have a history of working with each other and know how to get the best out of each other.”
