A LISTED building in the town centre is set to be converted into apartments.
Priory Court on Buttermarket Street will be turned into 18 flats under an application for planning permission submitted to Warrington Borough Council.
Formerly used as an office block, the grade two-listed building has been vacant since December.
Comprising solely of one-bedroom apartments, the proposal also includes parking spaces for 18 cars.
A consultation on the plans runs until Friday, May 18.
