TRAFFIC is starting to ease after flames engulfed a car on the M6 northbound this afternoon.
The fire broke out near junction 20 at the Lymm Interchange today, Friday.
Lanes three and four were closed until around 1.50pm when traffic was held.
All lanes have been reopened with the traffic released at 2pm.
