A FIRE broke out in Warrington Hospital's Kendrick wing yesterday afternoon, Friday.
Eight fire engines from as far afield as Greater Manchester and Widnes were dispatched to tackle the blaze, which broke out at around 1.30pm.
Staff, patients and visitors were evacuated from the building - with no casualties reported.
