A CAR fire in Latchford is being treated as arson.
Crews were called to Broadbent Avenue in the early hours of this morning, Friday.
One fire engine attended from Warrington at 3.25am
The crew found a car on the road well alight and a firefighter wearing breathing apparatus used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
Firefighters then damped the area down and were at the scene for more than an hour.
The fire is believed to have been started deliberately, according to firefighters and Cheshire Police attended the scene.
