WARRINGTON Chiropractic Centre has been awarded the Patient Partnership Quality Mark for exceeding expectations.

The award is given to chiropractic centres that are able to demonstrate excellent patient services.

The centre was assessed on a wide range of areas such as accessibility of the building, booking systems and out-of-hours cover, cleanliness and safety, record keeping, patient privacy, communication and patient education.

After providing strong evidence in all of the areas, the centre, based off Winwick Road, was awarded with a plaque which is now on show in the reception.

Dr Monica Handa, who has been at the centre for 25 years, said: “I am really delighted with this award which shows we deliver the highest quality of care and services for our patients.”

Safron Newhouse, a chiropractic assistant at the centre, said: “After the lengthy application process, we are all very proud to receive the PPQM award.”
