THE following planning applications have been submitted to Warrington Borough Council.
In Sankey: a single-storey rear extension to 45, Mayfair Close, a single-storey side extension to 16, Ashbourne Road, a mixed two-storey front and single-storey front, side and rear extension to 2a, The Dale.
In Penketh: a two-storey retail and commercial office development at 1-2, Cronton Cottages, Warrington Road.
In Whittle Hall: a first floor extension at 10, Swaledale Close.
