ITALIAN restaurant Ask in Golden Square has reopened after a 'technical issue' in the kitchen.
The restaurant was closed yesterday and today, Tuesday, with some readers querying whether it was connected to KFC's delivery problems.
Currently the KFC branch on Winwick Road remains closed after problems with a new delivery contract.
But a spokesman confirmed this afternoon Ask would reopen at 6pm this evening, Tuesday.
A spokesman for Ask Golden Square said: "Due to a technical issue within the kitchen we are currently awaiting for a service engineer to install a replacement part.
"Once installed and tested the kitchen will be able to re-open.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers."
