AN 83-year-old pensioner has been charged with outraging public decency after reports of a man performing a sex act in the aisles of Asda Cockhedge.
Police were called to reports of a man who had exposed himself on January 28 at the supermarket in the town centre.
Around two weeks later officers received a second report on February 8 of a similar incident involving the same man.
Police have since arrested a suspect in the town centre on suspicion of two counts of outraging public decency.
He was taken into custody to be questioned by detectives and he has since been charged with the offence.
The 83-year-old will appear at Warrington Magistrates' Court on March 6.
