A PLANE loaded with holiday-makers crash-lands on a desert island en route to Majorca in the latest offering at the Davenham Theatre.
Davenham Players present Self-Catering by Andrew Cullen from Tuesday, February 13 to Saturday, February 17.
The five survivors of the crash are forced not only to come to terms with the disaster but also to deal with the prospects of survival.
Strangers hitherto, the survivors soon recognise the opportunity to choose afresh who to be.
At the instigation of movie bore Henry they decide to become Marilyn, Clint and Bette. Their unconscious companion they dub Meryl.
The play explores the range of human behaviour as this society in miniature gradually disintegrates.
The play contains strong language, and is not suitable for children.
It starts at 7.30pm, with doors opening at 7pm. Tickets are £10, and you can book online or call the box office on 01606 259596.
The Davenham Theatre is in Church Street, Davenham.
