Travellers arrive on land at Marks and Spencer
TRAVELLERS have arrived on land home to Marks and Spencer at Gemini Retail Park.
Two caravans and associated vehicles are camped up on the private site, on Europa Boulevard.
The council said it 'liaising with the landowner to ascertain their intentions regarding the encampment'.
The authority has also been dealing with a group at King's Leadership Academy in Woolston after four caravans and associated vehicles arrived at the site last week.
As the travellers failed to adhere to the section 77 notice which was served, the matter has been listed for hearing at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning.
