ETHAN Connolly is back home after a successful first operation.
The three-year-old went to Berlin for surgery to remove some of the cysts from his face and arrived home on Sunday.
The work has already improved his jaw line and removed a bulge on his forehead.
He came around an hour after the operation and his first words, mixed with tears, were: "I want some chocolate!"
The cysts will come back and he will need more operations - but each time they come back they should be less prominent, until final improvements are semi-permanent.
On Monday, Ethan was running around at home, smiling, drinking plenty of his favourite drink (milk), and playing cricket with a foam football.
