PLANS to turn a vacant second-hand shop in Orford into a takeaway have been submitted.
Second Time Around on Orford Lane could become a takeaway if planning permission is granted by Warrington Borough Council.
Nazar Ibrahim has applied to Warrington Borough Council for planning permission to open a takeaway in the Second Time Around unit on Orford Lane.
Applicant Nazar Ibrahim states that the proposal for the former barbers shop would create two full-time jobs.
A consultation on the plans runs until Tuesday, February 9.
