Fifteen homes to be built in Culcheth after demolition work
DEMOLITION work will take place to pave the way for 15 homes in Culcheth.
C&S Hart Ltd’s application to demolish two buildings at the site, on Warrington Road, and build 15 properties with associated parking were approved by the development management committee last Wednesday.
The land relates to the existing Trucks 2 Go site – a dealership for used trucks, commercial vehicles, plant machinery and trailers.
The committee approved the application subject to a section 106 agreement, as well as an additional condition to withdraw permitted rights to build extensions.
