AN 'underutilised' town centre site owned by Warrington & Vale Royal College is on the market for £600,000.
The Museum Street property, which has previously held a range of Warrington Collegiate's courses, is being marketed by BE Group.
It is advertised on sale for £600,000 on Rightmove, with a freehold tenure.
Warrington & Vale Royal College confirmed the building is no longer being used as an art college and no classes are taking place there.
A spokeswoman added that the facility is being sold because it 'has been underutilised for a number of years'.
