APARTMENTS located in a Grade II listed site in the town centre have been snapped up.
PTS Property has confirmed that the eight one-bed apartments in the historic Rylands Street site, formerly home to the Co-operative Bank, have been taken for rent.
The company has further plans to help regenerate parts of the town centre, including the former council offices, on Cairo Street.
