IT was a time of celebration when around 60 youngsters gathered to mark the 30th anniversary of Girlguiding Rainbows.
Units in the Moss Edge Division representing Cinnamon Brow, Croft, Gorse Covert, Locking Stumps, Oakwood and Woolston attended The Jungle play centre to celebrate the milestone.
To commemorate the event a special badge was made and awarded to every girl.
Hayley Weeks, Croft district commissioner, said: "It was definitely a night to remember.
"It was a girl-only event highlighting the girl-only space given to girls in Warrington every week in Girlguiding UK."
Rainbows provides opportunities for girls to build friendships, confidence, team work skills and take part in leadership activities.
