Crews spend two and a half hours tackling bonfire
FIREFIGHTERS in Burtonwood spent two-and-a-half hours tackling a bonfire in Burtonwood on Thursday evening.
They were called to Burtonwood Road at 4.55pm to the blaze.
One fire engine from Warrington and one from Penketh had to use a mechanical digger to fight the flames.
