HOUSE hunters enjoyed an all-American welcome as the doors opened at a new development on the former Burtonwood airfield.
The star-spangled banner was flying at Woodville Place, Lingley Green Avenue, where 100 visitors enjoyed sweet treats on offer including candy floss, and cupcakes decorated with American flags and P-47 Republic Thunderbolts, which operated out of Burtonwood during the war.
Uncle Sam and GI Jane also made a guest appearance to welcome Warrington home seekers to the Miller Homes development.
Leanne Feeley, sales manager for the north west, said: “The Woodville Place show home launches were a great success and it was fantastic to see so many people showing interest in our stunning new Warrington homes.
"We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming over 100 people to the development to view the beautiful Jura and Buchan house types.”
