CHESHIRE Police are appealing for information after a man was ‘slashed in the face’ in a robbery in Birchwood.
An 18-year-old woman and a 20-year-old man were sat in a parked car on Partridge Close shortly after 11pm on Friday, November 17 when three men approached the white Renault Clio and attacked them.
The offenders demanded money and dragged the pair out of the car, with the man ‘slashed to the face’ during the incident.
While two of the attackers drove off in the car, a third ran off down an alleyway at the end of Partridge Close.
Detective constable Jonathan Carter said: “We are appealing to members of the public to come forward.
“If anyone was in the area at the time and has seen anything unusual then please get in touch.
“If anyone has seen this car in the area that evening please contact us on 101, quoting incident number 1120 of November 17.
“Information can also be passed on anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
