A CRASH involving two lorries caused lane closures on the M6 this afternoon.
The accident on the southbound carriageway between junction 21a at Croft and junction 21 at Woolston at around 2pm shut two lanes of the motorway.
Lanes three and four were closed, with debris from the crash remaining in the road.
Travel time through the affected area is an estimated half an hour.
All lanes were reopened by 4pm.
