AN ice skating rink will be installed on the car park of the Culcheth Arms as part of the village's Christmas market this year.
The event takes place on Saturday and residents can look forward to a day of festive fun.
There will be more than 40 stalls manned by neighbourhood businesses, refreshments and bell ringers.
Santa will also be greeting visitors and Radio Warrington will be on site all day.
A fairground with rides for children will be set up and Infernal Twangers ukulele band will be playing festive songs.
And the village Christmas lights will be switched on late in the afternoon.
The event, which is sponsored by Taylor Business Park, runs from 10am to 5pm at locations in the centre of Culcheth including the Parish Hall, Methodist Church and Scout centre.
