AN ANIMAL charity is appealing for donations as it prepares for the winter.
Warrington Animal Welfare is asking for help to maintain the centre on Slutchers Lane.
The organisation is seeking rabbit hutches, dog beds, doors, windows and a bench as well as any pet supplies residents can spare.
Julie Pickett from the organisation said: "We desperately need a composite door for the back of the building. We have a three inch gap underneath it at the moment.
"We also need double glazing now that the weather is getting colder."
The charity also has an Amazon wishlist where people can easily donate items that staff need such as food, coats and leads.
They are also looking for any electricians, gardeners and floor fitters who might be able to volunteer their time.
Supplies can be dropped off at the centre and for information visit warringtonanimalwelfare.org.uk.
