An exclusive pre-sale for SJM Concerts' Neighbourhood Weekender for people who live in the WA postcode area went on sale today, Thursday, at 9.30am on Thursday.

They sold out by noon.

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are releasing their new album, Who Built The Moon?, on November 24, the much anticipated follow-up to the platinum-selling, Chasing Yesterday.

Courteeners will be making their full live return at the Neighbourhood Weekender following their biggest headline show at Old Trafford earlier this year and frontman Liam Fray’s sold out acoustic tour last month.

Weekend passes are £95 and day tickets cost £49.50 plus booking fees.

A luxury £195 'platinum package' is also available which includes a day ticket to the event with access to a VIP area throughout as well as an exclusive three-course fine dining meal with a glass of champagne on arrival at the award-winning Spirit Restaurant.

After a number of queries from readers, SJM has confirmed there will be no free tickets for residents living near the site
