AFTER Saturday's 46-24 victory over Hull KR, the crowd at The Halliwell Jones Stadium got a chance to bid farewell to head of coaching and rugby Tony Smith.
Several of the club's departing players, including Ashton Sims, Peta Hiku and the retiring Kurt Gidley, also received a huge ovation from the Wire faithful.
