WARBURTON Bridge was closed this afternoon after a car overturned in a crash.
The toll bridge was shut in both directions after a car overturned in the two-vehicle crash at around 2pm.
A woman was trapped in the overturned vehicle following the incident, with three fire engines dispatched to cut her out of the car.
Fire crews spent more than an hour on the scene.
An ambulance and a rapid response vehicle also attended the incident, but no casualties were taken to hospital.
The road was fully reopened shortly after 5pm after the overturned car was removed.
