THE internationally acclaimed Chinese State Circus is returning to the north west with the new show, Dynasty.

And we have teamed up with the organisers to give away 20 family tickets. The production will be at Tatton Park from September 27 to October 1 in a big top and competition winners will be able to attend any one of the eight shows at the venue.

A family ticket is valid for two adults and up to three children – meaning we have a total of 100 seats up for grabs. The show will see everyday objects transformed into acrobatic equipment. It is based on a 2000-year-old art form.

Think porcelain jars flying through the air, spinning plates and pyramids of tables and chairs alongside aerial stunts, juggling and martial arts from the Shaolin Warriors set to the beats of Chinese percussion.

To enter the competition, simply answer the question: How old is the art form that Dynasty is based on? Send your answers along with your name, address and phone number before noon next Thursday, September 21, after which winners will be selected at random. Send an email with the title ‘Chinese State Circus competition’ to competition@nqnw.co.uk.

There will also be opportunities to win tickets on our Facebook page. For more chances of winning visit facebook.com/warringtonguardian.
