ONE hundred runners pushed their bodies to their limits to compete in the 200-mile International Coast to Coast Ultramarathon.
Organised by Wayne Drinkwater, from Winwick Park, competitors from across the world made their way through the town on Saturday, August 19, as part of the gruelling challenge.
Neil Rutherford and Spencer Bun won the 200-mile race in a time of 47 hours and five minutes.
Scottish international ultra-runner Rosie Bell was the first woman to finish in 52 hours and 34 minutes.
