Investigations continue
A SUSPECT is set to appear in court today, Thursday, accused of robbery.
The 24-year-old man was arrested after an investigation was launched into the robbery of a mobile phone on Woodvale Close in Padgate on Tuesday at around 12pm.
The suspect is expected to make his first court appearance as part of the proceedings at Warrington Magistrates' Court later today.
He has been charged with the robbery of a mobile phone to the value of £400 from a man and fraud by false representation.
