HALIFAX could be missing two players through suspension for their trip to face Wolves on Saturday.

Former Wire man Simon Grix and outside back Will Sharp have been hit with RFL charges following their 36-12 defeat to Widnes on Sunday.

Sharp is more likely to miss Fax’s first ever league trip to The Halliwell Jones Stadium as he is subject to a Grade B tripping charge with no option of an early guilty plea.

However, Grix’s Grade A dangerous contact charge carries the option of an early guilty plea, meaning he could escape a suspension.

After joining in 2006, the versatile Ireland international made 179 appearances for The Wire, scoring 48 tries.
