TWO lanes of the M6 southbound were shut after a car crashed into the central reservation.
Emergency services are on the scene near junction 21A for the Croft interchange.
The road was closed until 1.30pm but all lanes have now reopened.
Traffic is heavy and there are still long delays in the area.
