Investigations continue
A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of assault on Grasmere Avenue today, Sunday.
Several police cars attended the scene at 1.30pm and the road was taped off.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: "At 1.30pm today we attended a disturbance on Grasmere Avenue.
"We have arrested a male for an allegation of assault.
"Officers continue to make enquiries in the local area and continue to provide reassurance to residents."
