THE M62 was closed by an overturned vehicle this morning.
An incident between junction seven at Rainhill and junction eight at Burtonwood shortly shut the eastbound carriageway shortly after 10am.
A car towing a large trailer appeared to have jackknifed.
The motorway fully reopened at around 12pm, with the carriageway having been closed completely for approximately half an hour.
