WOLVES have confirmed the signing of New Zealand international Peta Hiku from NRL side Penrith Panthers.
Reports in the Australian media have linked the 24-year-old with a move to The Halliwell Jones Stadium for some time and now The Wire have confirmed his arrival on a deal until 2019.
Utility back Hiku, who has made nine appearances for the Kiwis, joins the club with immediate effect, subject to the approval of his visa.
He played against some of his new Wolves teammates in this country when he was part of the touring New Zealand side that played a series against England in 2015.
Best known for being a centre or winger, Hiku will provide much-needed versatility to the Wolves squad as he is also capable of playing at full-back and in the halves
