TWO men have been charged in connection with an attempted burglary at a supermarket in Thelwall.
Michael Bergin, 35 from Manchester, and Mark Cooke, 29, from Wythenshawe, were arrested after police were called to Today’s Extra shop on Thelwall New Road on the morning of May 7.
When officers arrived at the scene, the two suspects were detained.
The men have since been charged with attempted burglary.
