Crews attend blaze in town centre flat
FIRE crews were called to tackle a fire which had broken out in a town centre flat.
Firefighters responded to a report of a flat fire on Arpley Street, Warrington at around 6.30pm yesterday evening.
Fire engines attended the incident from Warrington and Stockton Heath.
Crews used a hose reel jet and a large fan to deal with the fire.
Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed there was nobody in the property at the time of the fire.
